Smoky Quartz is a favourite here in the shop. It’s a wonderful stone to use when thoughts and emotions are just flying around. And the grounding energy of the stone can settle all of that debris, allowing you to at least take it one breath at a time. Sliding knot bracelets can fit sizes between 16 cm and 19 cm, and can be customized for something smaller or larger. At its largest, the bracelet can open up to 22 cm in order to fit over your hand.
