Carnelian gives us a comfort with our basic human desires - our creativity, our sexuality, and our wonderfully layered and messy humanity. It lets us know that our basic existence is enough. We don’t need to justify our essence. We don’t need to explain what makes our spirit sing. We can just be, and that is enough.
