The lilac hue in these lepidolite stones promote a sense of peace and tranquility. And then there is the lithium content in the stone, which can soothe feelings of anxiety. Traditionally, lepidolite has been placed in personal amulets by those who are emotionally affected by over-stimulation, crowds, and noise. Though we can’t fully eliminate these stimulants, we can still ground ourselves with a few deep breaths in order to weave in and out of them with as much grace as possible.
