Our malas are tools for Japa Meditation. They contain 108 stones, which grants you 108 chances to speak a mantra or intention out loud. There is a 109th stone - the guru bead - which is a tactile reminder of when to start and stop your meditation. Since each mala is handcrafted to order, there is a chance that a slightly different focal stone (larger stone in the middle of the mala) will be used. Any changes will be communicated, and will await your approval prior to creation.

They say that a blocked throat chakra stems from the trauma of being silenced. When we can’t use our words to express what’s inside us, it can have a detrimental effect on our well-being. Dumortierite is a stone of logic and intellect that can help you find the most authentic and impactful words as you speak your truths. And howlite is a stone with a calming presence. It dissipates anger so that your words are healing and stem from your Highest Self.
