Lepidolite and Smoky Quartz - stacks and stones bracelets

Each stack is comprised of:
- a 6mm bead bracelet
- a 4mm bead bracelet
- a hand woven Snake Knot bracelet (can take between 3 and 4 hours to create)

Grounded and calm is the energy behind this trio. Lepidolite (6mm) naturally contains lithium - a key ingredient in anti-anxiety medication. The calmness it evokes can help with any nervous energy. Smoky quartz (4mm) is included to promote some grounding - that deep breath you take before waving your anxieties away and getting shit done. And a grey snake knot bracelet complements the natural colours of the stones in the stack.
